    Let’s see
    VoIP is for Voice over IP Network (internet)
    Finger is a Linux command used to find names
    SMTP stands for Simple Mail Transfer Protocol
    So I would go with tftp

    It’s TFTP. TFTP uses UDP (non guaranteed datagram packet) as opposed to TCP packets (FTP, for guaranteed packet delivery).
