A simple basic single VoIP line solution is to try the Cisco SPA3102-NA Voice Gateway. It has 1 FXO port that can connect to a PSTN line or PBX line, and 1 FXS port. http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps10027/index.html
A more comprhensive solution may be to try the Cisco SPA8000 8 port analog to IP Telephony Gateway. http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/voicesw/ps6790/gatecont/ps10024/ps10025/data_sheet_c78-504120.html
Or, the Cisco SPA8800 analog to IP Telephony Gateway with 4 FXO and 4 FXS ports. http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/voicesw/ps6790/gatecont/ps10024/ps10446/data_sheet_c78-534718.html
You may even want to take a look at the Cisco SPA9000 IP-PBX for use with IP-Phones. http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps10030/products_data_sheets_list.html
