A simple basic single VoIP line solution is to try the Cisco SPA3102-NA Voice Gateway.
It has 1 FXO port that can connect to a PSTN line or PBX line, and 1 FXS port.

A more comprhensive solution may be to try the Cisco SPA8000 8 port analog to IP Telephony Gateway.

Or, the Cisco SPA8800 analog to IP Telephony Gateway with 4 FXO and 4 FXS ports.

You may even want to take a look at the Cisco SPA9000 IP-PBX for use with IP-Phones.
