how to disable action voip from startup in vista?

i know u r gng to tell me to uncheck the action voip in system configuration——>> startup——->> disable action voip…but i have tried this, but when i restart the system it appears again,,,,, any solution for this!!!

    I’ve had a problem like this before. The problem is that some startup programs are hidden. What you do is download a free program called Autoruns from here: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb963902.aspx

    It doesn’t need any installation. Just extract it and run autoruns. A huge list of hidden startup programs will show up. Unselect voip and your problem will be fixed.

    Surely in main interface of program there are the options that allow disable the starup of program. I don’t know program that you use. Thus i can’t help no more.

    Press the Windows key and the letter R at the same time (Windows + R). This will bring up the Run dialogue.

    Now enter ‘msconfig’ (without the quotes) and hit enter

    Click the startup items tab. Find the software you need to disable and uncheck the box. Click Apply, and restart.
