I'm looking for a free Voip service that runs on an ipod and droid.?

Can anyone name a Voip app that is free to use in this situation? An ipod using wifi calling a droid phone using 3G signal. I know Verizon will charge for the use of 3G. I need an app that does not charge an additional fee.

    RingCentral is my choice and I highly recommend it, you can get a number instantly and very cheap.
