Asked by: 11 views ,

My parents just on got the phone bill and under my number my I was the only one with the usage charges thing. My family doesn’t get what the usage charges limit means. Does it have to do something with changing phones? Someone please explain what this is so I can fix this issue.

it means when you have a certain amount of minutes you can use, and after that limit has been exceeded then they charge you every minute after that. For example i have 700 minutes on my contract, if i use 750 then they will charge me "usage charges" for 50 of those minutes.

usage charges are charges you get when you go over your phone plan’s limit.

ie. if you have a 500 minute plan and you use 600 minutes….you have a useage charge for that extra 100 minutes you went over. same applies for text messages or internet browsing.
