I use Broad Voice. Below are their rates:

Pakistan: $0.22
Pakistan – Islamabad: $0.22
Pakistan – Karachi: $0.19
Pakistan – Kashmir: $0.22
Pakistan – Lahore: $0.19
Pakistan – Mobile Phones: $0.22

These rates apply to all plans. The cheapest plan is $9.95 per month.

Here are the VONAGE rates:

Pakistan 92 $0.27
Pakistan (Cellular & Premium) 923 $0.26
Pakistan – Islamabad 9251 $0.27
Pakistan – Karachi 9221 $0.25
Pakistan – Lahore 9242 $0.26

But the SMART move is to get a Vonage account here in the USA, then SHIP the vonage adapter to your relative in Pakistan, so you can CALL for FREE. (if they have high speed internet)

I have used my vonage box in Hong Kong. It worked GREAT and clear as a bell. It was hard to convince my friends that I was calling from half-way around the world. (The might have had a clue that I was calling so late)
